Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
These Terms govern your use of InfinitePlugins (the "Service"), operated by PM2 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a plugin you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who we are
InfinitePlugins is a direct-from-developer shop for Minecraft server plugins. All plugins are built, maintained, and sold by the trader below.
- Trader: [TO-BE-FILLED: legal entity name]
- Registered address: [TO-BE-FILLED: street, city, postal code, country]
- Trading name: InfinitePlugins
- Contact email: support@infiniteplugins.com
- Complaints: complaints@infiniteplugins.com. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days. See §11 for out-of-court options.
The placeholders above must be replaced with the registered legal entity before launch — required disclosure under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 6(1)(b)–(c).
2. Accounts
You may browse without an account. Purchasing or re-downloading requires a free account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Purchases & pricing
Every plugin is a one-time purchase that includes free lifetime updates for the major version line you bought. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable EU VAT for eligible customers. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
4. License
When you buy a plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and run the plugin on any Minecraft server you operate.
- Receive all future updates to the version line you bought, at no extra cost.
You may NOT:
- Redistribute the plugin, publicly or privately, paid or free.
- Decompile, modify, or resell the plugin code.
- Share your download link or credentials to let others obtain copies.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plugins. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
6. Digital content: functionality & interoperability
Required disclosure under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 6(1)(r)–(s).
- Format: Java
.jararchives, delivered via a unique download link after purchase. - Interoperability: Plugins run on Java-based Minecraft servers including Spigot, Paper, Purpur, and (where indicated) Folia. Each product page lists supported server-software forks and Minecraft version ranges. Plugins require Java 17 or later and an internet- connected Minecraft server; they do not run on vanilla or Bedrock.
- Functionality / DRM: Each copy is watermarked with a per-order identifier embedded in the jar manifest and a text resource. The plugin itself does not phone home, restrict usage, or require online activation — the watermark is solely for attributing leaked copies. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
- Updates: Free for the major version line purchased. Access remains through your InfinitePlugins account.
7. Availability & warranty
We work hard to keep the Service up, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Plugins are provided "as is" — we make no warranty that they will meet your specific needs or be free of bugs. We fix defects promptly when reported.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, downtime).
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time; your existing download links remain valid until their expiry. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service, with prior notice where practical.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union jurisdiction where the operator is established. EU consumer-protection rights always apply — nothing here limits them.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers resident in the EU may submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently bound to use any alternative dispute resolution body beyond this ODR platform.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
Plain-English summary: buy the plugin, use it on your servers, don't redistribute it, we'll keep it updated, 7-day refund if it doesn't work out. Questions — email us.
