Refund Policy
Effective April 2026
Every paid InfinitePlugins plugin comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin doesn't fit your server or doesn't do what you expected, we'll refund you — no form to fill, no hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
Email us at refunds@infiniteplugins.com from the address on your order, within 7 days of purchase. Include:
- The plugin name
- Your order date (or the receipt email)
- Optional: a sentence on what didn't work — feedback helps us improve.
We reply within one business day and the refund lands in your account in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
EU withdrawal rights
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 7-day guarantee sits on top of that — whichever is longer applies.
Important: because plugins are digital goods, once you download and start using one, EU law allows sellers to waive the withdrawal right. We don't ask you to waive it; instead, we keep our own 7-day guarantee available regardless.
What we refund
- The full purchase price of the plugin, including any VAT.
- No restocking fee. No "store credit" tricks.

What happens to your access
After we process a refund, your download link is revoked and the order is marked as refunded in your account. You're free to repurchase later if you change your mind.
When refunds aren't available
- More than 7 days after purchase (or 14 days for EU consumers).
- Evidence of abuse — e.g., mass purchase-and-refund cycles, or distributing the plugin after refund. These cases are handled on a good-faith basis.
Chargebacks
Please email us first — refunds are faster than chargebacks (1 day vs 30–60 days), and chargebacks sometimes come with fees. We genuinely want to make it right.
Short version: email us within 7 days, we refund you, no questions asked.
