Refund Policy

Every paid InfinitePlugins plugin comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin doesn't fit your server or doesn't do what you expected, we'll refund you — no form to fill, no hoops to jump through.

How to request a refund

Email us at refunds@infiniteplugins.com from the address on your order, within 7 days of purchase. Include:

• The plugin name
• Your order date (or the receipt email)
• Optional: a sentence on what didn't work — feedback helps us improve.

We reply within one business day and the refund lands in your account in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

EU & UK withdrawal rights

EU and UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation right (EU Consumer Rights Directive; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Our 7-day guarantee sits on top of that — whichever is longer applies.

Important: because plugins are digital goods, once you download and start using one, EU law allows sellers to waive the withdrawal right. We don't ask you to waive it; instead, we keep our own 7-day guarantee available regardless.

What we refund

• The full purchase price of the plugin, including any VAT.
• No restocking fee. No "store credit" tricks.

What happens to your access

After we process a refund, your download link is revoked and the order is marked as refunded in your account. You're free to repurchase later if you change your mind.

When refunds aren't available

• More than 7 days after purchase (or 14 days for EU and UK consumers).
• Evidence of abuse — e.g., mass purchase-and-refund cycles, or distributing the plugin after refund. These cases are handled on a good-faith basis.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — refunds are faster than chargebacks (1 day vs 30–60 days), and chargebacks sometimes come with fees. We genuinely want to make it right.

Short version: email us within 7 days, we refund you, no questions asked.
